Oregon's renewable-energy standard in flux? - OregonLive.com: "Oregon's renewable-energy standard, passed in 2007, requires utilities to serve 25 percent of their retail demand by 2025 with electricity from newrenewable-energy projects such as wind, solar, geothermal, hydro or biomass. The law also includes interim targets in 2011, 2015 and 2020 and counts only resources that came on line after Jan. 1, 1995, toward them."
