Toyota announces RAV4-EV project with Portland State University - Green Daily: "Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc., announced today at its Sustainable Mobility Seminar media reception that it will place four off-lease RAV4-EV battery-electric vehicles (BEV) in a new program in Portland, Oregon designed to assist in the development of clustered electric-charging infrastructure for the arrival of future zero- and low-emission vehicles."
