Alternative Energy Stocks: The Investor Resource for Alternative Energy Stocks

Alternative Energy Stocks: The Investor Resource for Alternative Energy Stocks: "Peak Oil is not the end of oil, but the end of 'easy' oil. We still have an oil supply, and it may or may not be declining, but extracting enough oil to meet demand is becoming increasingly difficult and expensive. We pay the increased cost of extracting the more difficult oil reserves in higher and more volatile prices at the pump, and in environmental disasters such as the blow-out of BP's Macando well."

Facebook (3) | If by a "Liberal"

Facebook (3) | If by a "Liberal": "'If by a “Liberal” they mean someone who looks ahead and not behind,
someone who welcomes new ideas without rigid reactions,
someone who cares about the welfare of the people - their health, their housing, their schools, their jobs, their civil rights, and their civil liberties - someone who believes we can break through the stalemate and suspicions that grip us in our policies abroad,
if that is what they mean by a “Liberal,” then I’m proud to say I’m a “Liberal.” ~ John F. Kennedy, 1960"

SK-100 The Sidekick ($250.00)

About the Sidekick
At 1.3 pounds and small enough to be easily packed, the Sidekick converts your ball head into a gimbal head in seconds.
Simply slide the Sidekick into the quick-release of your ball head. The Sidekick's elevated tilt mechanism and side-mounted quick release allow the lens to rotate around its center of gravity. This provides the same action and ease of use found in the original Wimberley Head at greatly reduced size, weight, and cost. Remove the Sidekick and your ball head is ready to use with smaller lenses."

Was Jesus a Conservative or a Liberal? - Michael Shermer - Skeptic - True/Slant

Was Jesus a Conservative or a Liberal? - Michael Shermer - Skeptic - True/Slant: "We evolved as pair-bonded primates for whom monogamy, or at least serial monogamy (a sequence of monogamous marriages), is the norm. Adultery is a violation of a monogamous relationship and there is copious scientific data (and loads of anecdotal examples) showing how destructive adulterous behavior is to a monogamous relationship. In fact, one of the reasons that serial monogamy (and not just monogamy) best describes the mating behavior of our species is that adultery typically destroys a relationship, forcing couples to split up and start over with someone new. Thus, adultery is immoral because of its destructive consequences no matter what God or the patriarchs said about it. And evolutionary theory provides a deeper reason for adultery’s immoral nature that is transcendent"
